L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de collecter des donn\u00e9es sur le plancton, les microplastiques, les oiseaux, les mammif\u00e8res marins&#8230;Et, lors des escales, l\u2019\u00e9quipage devait rencontrer des associations, laboratoires et organismes travaillant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation du milieu marin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019association avait remport\u00e9 le Prix Fondation de la Mer 2022 et Alcyon devait prendre le large en mars 2023\u2026 avant la douche froide. Construit en 1982, il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que le m\u00e2t \u00e9tait en bien mauvais \u00e9tat :\u00a0 \u201c<em>Suite\u00a0 \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de pourriture dans une partie du grand m\u00e2t, le choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait d\u2019annuler l\u2019exp\u00e9dition pr\u00e9vue cette ann\u00e9e. Des difficult\u00e9s internes qui s\u2019en sont suivies n\u2019ont pas permis d\u2019envisager un tel report<\/em>\u201c, a communiqu\u00e9 l\u2019association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fondation de la Mer a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019accorder cette dotation, non utilis\u00e9e, \u00e0 <strong>Lords of Oc\u00e9ans<\/strong>.
